Campden Hill Court located within the heart of Kensington. It was built between 1898 and 1903, it houses over 100 apartments. Following our client’s apartment purchase they sought our architects in Kensington's advice on opening up and creating space whilst not compromising accommodation.
The apartment was truly transformed from a dark awkward plan to a much-loved family home. NFA Architects completely altered the plan, allowing the retention of four bedrooms, the addition of a master suite by introducing a new dressing room and en suite, a new family bathroom, utility space and enlarged kitchen. The entertaining area was increased by removing an internal divider wall and so benefitted from additional windows allowing the space to be light and open.
The completed project delighted the client who understood the attention to detail and the great benefit of a well-designed scheme to transform and maximise the potential of a space.
