This property has been transformed top to bottom. Previously the lower ground floor had a low ceiling height making it feel particularly cramped and uncomfortable. This project saw the whole floor lowered and underpinned, creating a light and spacious kitchen and living area leading on to the garden. Additional floor area was created on both the lower ground floor and ground floor through the installation of a glazed infill extension, flooding both floors with light. The house was totally refurbished, with new kitchen and bathrooms, fully to the client’s individual style, the transformation is beautiful.
