The Third Space was created beneath the Sherwood Hotel annexe in the heart of Soho, London. 40,000sqft of holistic health and sports related fitness club, spread across five floors.
The entire concept was to create a space where upon entry all floor levels were revealed creating a volume of dynamic proportions. The volume is designed without solid walls or the need for corridors. This ensures users feel part of the unique exuberant experience as soon as they enter the building.
The club comprises: a large ozone treated swimming pool, spa, climbing wall, three dedicated fitness zones, Pilates studio, Boxing ring, Hypoxic chamber for altitude training, as well as having holistic medicine and on-site GP.
The £6m interior fit-out was completed in 12 months and has received numerous accolades from the press, corporate bodies and the members and professionals who train there.
