Located in the heart of Belgravia, the penthouse floor of Thorburn House was replanned and fully refurbished to provide two penthouses, one three-bedroom with roof terrace and viewing room with wonderful views of the London skyline. The other a smaller but well organised two-bedroom apartment.
The accommodation was revised to provide a clear division between activity by grouping the bedrooms and private accommodation away from the entertaining space maximising floor space and providing more useful storage solutions. Internal columns that were awkwardly placed were removed and services diverted to create a beautiful spacious entertaining area and circulation was rationalised.
